Hi,

In My computer it shows that hard drive is available. When I open it it's very slow and when the files appear they will not open. It's a Western Digital Passport 2 TB drive. It is running and is running quite. PC is very slow with it hooked to PC but when I unhook it the PC runs fine so it must be the drive. Would appreciate any help.

Please Help.
